We are now seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as **Head of Academic Operations**.

Job Description
  • Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of academic programs, ensuring smooth delivery across global locations.
  • Faculty & Staff Coordination: Manage relationships with faculty, ensuring their needs are met, and collaborate with teaching staff to maintain high standards of curriculum delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize academic processes and operations, from student onboarding to curriculum rollout, ensuring consistency and quality delivery across all locations.
  • Global Logistics: Oversee logistical aspects of running academic programs across multiple countries, including travel arrangements, housing, student services, and campus coordination.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between students, faculty, and staff to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and well-informed about program developments and operational changes.
  • Student Experience: Enhance overall student experience by proactively addressing operational issues, creating a supportive and engaging academic environment, and ensuring student needs are met.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track academic performance, monitor KPIs, and make informed decisions on process improvements and academic outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

As Head of Academic Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution and continuous improvement of academic programs across our global campuses. This includes managing faculty relations, curriculum delivery, student services, and logistical coordination.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Education, Business Administration, or related field; 6+ years in academic operations or program management, preferably in higher education or edtech.
  • Proven track record in leading complex, multi-location operations, preferably in a high-growth or educational environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimization abilities; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with academic accreditation and compliance across regions.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
