Travel Sales Effectiveness Lead

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Travel Sales Effectiveness Lead - Global Network Expansion. This role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales growth, and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our global network.
ResponsibilitiesThis position involves:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging market insights and customer data to inform decision-making.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
