Job DescriptionSales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies targeting B2B and B2C travel customers in India.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize digital campaigns, networking events, and partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, and influencers to generate leads.
  • Closing Sales Opportunities: Meet revenue targets for domestic and international travel packages, while maintaining relationships with repeat customers.
Social Media Marketing
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to promote travel services and packages.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with Indian travel audiences.
  • Targeted Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on social media platforms.
Customer Engagement
  • Personalized Consultation: Provide personalized travel consultation to clients based on their preferences and budgets.
  • Virtual Tours: Conduct webinars, live sessions, or virtual tours to engage with potential customers and address inquiries promptly.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Design and Run Campaigns: Design and run innovative marketing campaigns during peak travel seasons, festivals, and special occasions.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with hotels, airlines, and local service providers to create attractive packages and stay updated on the latest travel trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva.
  • Negotiation and Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and sales skills to close sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of Indian Travel Market: Knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and customer behavior in India.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in travel marketing, hospitality, and sales within India.
