Global Sales Director

We are partnering with a leading Indian conglomerate in the packaging industry to identify a business leader for their growing exports vertical. The position will be based out of Gurgaon/Dubai.
About the CompanyA leading player in the aseptic cartons industry, specializing in innovative packaging solutions for the beverage and dairy sectors. With a strong presence in the global market, the company is committed to delivering quality products and sustainable packaging solutions.
Role OverviewThe Head Exports plays a critical role in driving the establishment and development of the exports portfolio across APAC (including ANZ), MEA, Europe, and USA.
Key Responsibilities- Export Portfolio Development: Lead the strategic planning and execution of export initiatives, focusing on market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in target regions.
- Market Penetration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Juice and Dairy industries, leveraging industry expertise and market insights to drive sales.
- Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize market share and profitability.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to accelerate growth and market presence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing exports team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in exports management, preferably in the aseptic cartons industry or allied sectors such as packaging machinery, PET bottles, or flexible packaging.
Location and CompensationLocation: Gurgaon/Dubai
Salary: INR 80 Lakh per annum, with additional benefits and incentives based on performance. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a CTC of ₹ 80 lakhs, plus benefits and bonuses tied to individual and team performance.
