Enterprise Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as Enterprise Sales Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a rapidly growing company in the telecom and CPaaS space.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through direct sales and partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and services, with a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product, to drive business results and improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the telecom or IT software sectors.
- Postgraduate education is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences and situations.
- Industry knowledge and experience in selling SAAS/PAAS-based platform solutions, with a proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of at least three industry verticals.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a hustler mentality and a willingness to take ownership and initiative.
