We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, India. As a key member of our Inclusion BU Commercial Director team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth at Global and Regional Key Accounts within the Inclusions portfolio.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic plans for Global and Regional Key Accounts, aligned with the Inclusions business objectives
  • Develop and execute profitable sales growth strategies for assigned product lines in defined areas
  • Identify new business opportunities and target them with tailored solutions
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of orders and effective communication
  • Negotiate quotes and prices to ensure minimum sales prices are achieved
  • Lead complex customer projects, working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements

This role offers a competitive salary package, estimated to be ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, IFF offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
