Antino Labs is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
About the RoleThis role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, with a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable to both parties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the IT sales industry, with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with CRM software.
