Fleet Management Solutions Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Fleet Management Solutions Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our SaaS-based fleet management solutions, focusing on business development and partnership management within the corporate and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an effective SaaS sales strategy tailored to the needs of the fleet management sector.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients, including fleet operators, government bodies, and enterprises requiring fleet management solutions.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and demonstrate the value of Droom's SaaS solutions in addressing fleet management challenges.
- Partnership Management: Negotiate, formalize, and maintain long-term partnership agreements to support growth and align with Droom's strategic objectives.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on fleet management, automotive, or logistics industries. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is required; an MBA or relevant certification in SaaS sales is a plus.
Estimated SalaryRs. 1,200,000 - Rs. 1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with additional benefits and bonuses.
