Overview

Pert Telecom Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive - Telecom to join our team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth with Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with TSPs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at TSPs (Bharti, Vodafone, JIO, Orange, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions and proposals aligned with their strategic objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, service delivery and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian telecom market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom Engineering or a related field.
  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years in key account management, sales or a similar role within the telecom industry.
  • Experience with Vodafone Idea, Reliance Jio and Airtel is highly desirable.

Salary Range: ₹40 Lakhs - ₹65 Lakhs per annum
