We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Relationship Manager. The role involves managing the sales process from initial inquiry to post-delivery support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer relationships, and luxury products. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and strengthening ORNAZ's reputation for exceptional service and quality.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive sales by effectively engaging with potential clients and understanding their needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
  • Upsell and cross-sell diamond jewellery products to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry, order placement, and customization to delivery and post-sales follow-up.
  • Provide personalized assistance and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹3.0 LPA to ₹5.0 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives*.
