Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Catalyze Capital Management Private Limited. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, leveraging CRM software, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage potential leads and opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and insights on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of real estate services to clients

Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong data management skills with the ability to organize and analyze data efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Sales skills to effectively pitch and promote real estate properties or services to potential clients
  • Proficient in inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of real estate assets
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Salary Estimate: ₹350,000 - ₹550,000 per annum
