Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate CRM professional to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, leveraging CRM software, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage potential leads and opportunities.
  4. Provide regular reports and insights on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of real estate services to clients.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Real estate industry knowledge

  • Strong data management skills with the ability to organize and analyze data efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Sales skills to effectively pitch and promote real estate properties or services to potential clients
  • Proficient in inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of real estate assets
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
