Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience.
  • Create and maintain customer profiles and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales metrics.
