Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, working closely with the sales team, and developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Set achievable sales targets and create strategies to meet or exceed them.
  4. Recruit and train a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and support.
  5. Monitor the sales team's performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry stakeholders.
  7. Identify key clients and develop strategies to attract and retain their business.
  8. Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities.
  9. Manage the sales budget, monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate sales or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A Masters' or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
