Senior IT Sales Manager

At Extern Labs Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Senior IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling IT services, staff augmentation, and IoT products to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts in staff augmentation, IT solutions, and IoT products to enterprise and mid-market clients.
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities.
- Prospect potential clients in the IT and IoT space through networking, cold outreach, and partnerships.
- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by offering ongoing support, recommending new solutions, and upselling services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5-12 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong track record in staff augmentation, managed IT services, and IoT product sales.
- Staff Augmentation Expertise: Proven experience in providing IT staffing solutions (temporary, contract, and permanent placements) to enterprises.
- IoT Knowledge: Deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, smart devices, and connectivity platforms.
- IT Solutions Sales: Experience selling IT solutions like cloud computing, managed services, and networking solutions.
Key Skills
- Sales Expertise: Strong ability to sell high-value IT services and IoT products, negotiate complex contracts, and close large deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of staff augmentation, IoT technologies, and trends in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to analyze client needs and present customized solutions that deliver business value.
- Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences and negotiate favorable deals.
