Job Overview
Rock-it Superfoods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary targets
  • Manage General Trade or Beverages categories, identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and target accomplishment
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve individual and group sales targets, providing product solutions based on customer needs and cross-selling when appropriate
  • Present our products and services to prospective customers, addressing local business opportunities and challenges
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide product solutions, proficient in sales tracking and reporting tools
  • Self-driven with a strong commitment to targets, mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures and activity ratio on a monthly basis


Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in FMCG/beverage, manage General Trade, Distributor Sales, Primary & Secondary Sales, serve as the point of contact for existing and potential customers within your assigned territory
