Zone Territory Lead

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Zone Territory Lead. Reporting directly to the Zonal Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational efficiency across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Influencing sales teams to deliver all KPIs for the zone
- Managing channel wealth and partner profitability
- Increasing market share in the zone
- Monitoring ROI and implementing measures to boost revenue
- Onboarding new partners and expanding Airtel Money outlets
- Providing new product training and driving business development
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Inter-personal and team working ability
- Focused and result-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Independent ownership of targets and goals
- Knowledge of banking transactions and procedures
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Top talent from existing zonal resources or 2010/2011 batch MBAs
- 3-4 years of relevant experience with good performance records
- Experience in business (FMCG etc.)
We offer an attractive salary package of $80,000-$100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
