Business Development Roles:

As a Territory Service Manager at Maruti Suzuki, you will play a crucial role in supporting workshops in improving business parameters such as Periodic Maintenance, Load growth, and other key areas. Your primary objective will be to assist dealerships in reducing inefficiencies like TAT and increasing the service/sales ratio. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing workshop data and trend monitoring for customer retention and implementing new service strategies in the territory.

Technical Responsibilities:

Your technical responsibilities will include handling critical customer complaints and technical issues of the territory, managing technical campaigns and recalls, and escalating product feedback at the Head office. Furthermore, you will be accountable for improving customer experience by implementing SAS in workshops and assisting dealerships in reducing system and process-related inefficiencies.

Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Automobile, or Electronics and Electrical engineering, with a minimum of 2-7 years of work experience. Your technical competencies should include understanding the latest tools and technology, application and implementation, financial acumen, and channel/dealer management skills. Your behavioral competencies should include target orientation, effective communication, negotiation skills, and a sense of accountability and responsibility.
