Sales Territory Manager

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of the beverages market and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve primary and secondary targets
- Identify and develop key clients for business excellence and target accomplishment
- Manage General Trade or Beverages categories
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members to ensure sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures and activity ratio on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve market share
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the beverages industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
