The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of the beverages market and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve primary and secondary targets
  • Identify and develop key clients for business excellence and target accomplishment
  • Manage General Trade or Beverages categories
  • Mentor, motivate and guide team members to ensure sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures and activity ratio on a monthly basis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve market share

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the beverages industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
