Sales Development Manager

- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance sales outreach activities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborating with business development and sales operations teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager with a background in sales or a similar closing position.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to hold team members accountable for results.
- Solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience in the IT sector and B2B sales or customer support.
- Project management skills and knowledge of sales KPIs evaluation.
