Job Title: Global Sales Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development team in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales pipeline growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales pipeline growth and revenue expansion
- Build and lead a high-performing Sales Development team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to optimize opportunity volume and quality
- Partner with regional managers to develop campaigns that align with their regional goals
- Manage SDE reports and dashboards to ensure results can be easily understood by stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of experience in growing sales organizations, with 5+ years focused on scaling global SDE organizations
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline from large enterprise accounts managing outbound prospecting teams
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and coordination across sales and marketing teams
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional SDEs and team leaders
