About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager, Sales Development Asia to lead our sales development organization in the Asia region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new opportunities for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the Asia region.
- Lead a team of sales development engineers and managers to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales talent to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
