Territory Sales Manager

Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within Avery Dennison Smartrac, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories. This individual will be the primary point of contact for distributors, resellers, converters, and printers, as well as industry influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of sales management experience in the adhesives, self-adhesive media, specialty lubricants, tapes, industrial lighting, or large format printing machines/inks industries.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering or MBA degree.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong desire to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
