Sales Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Data Manager to join our team at Makse Group. Based in Dallas with satellite offices in Denver and Gurugram, we are an expert team of consultants, managers, and advisors passionate about supporting the Workday platform and adjacent business functions.
As a Sales Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the sales data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This role requires a candidate with high attention to detail and ability to manage and control CRM data efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling large datasets and maintaining data quality standards to optimize the performance of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Lead and manage the Sales Data team, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- CRM Data Control: Maintain and control CRM data, ensuring it is regularly updated, accurate, and reflective of ongoing sales activities.
- Data Audits and Quality Checks: Perform regular data audits and quality checks on the CRM and other sales data systems to identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure proper integration and utilization of sales data across systems.
- Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies to maintain high data quality standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales performance reports and dashboards, utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, to support decision-making.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing the sales pipeline.
- IT and Business Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure proper data management practices are upheld across platforms.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM best practices and data management.
- Data Process Optimization: Optimize data processes for better performance and scalability as the sales function grows.
- Data Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations related to sales data.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM data administration, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales data management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high data quality standards.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Experience with data governance, data audits, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations relevant to managing sales data.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
