We are seeking a skilled Private Equity Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with experienced industry professionals and deliver services for complex fund structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and calculations of funds Net Asset Values.
- Coordinate and review financial statements, including performance metrics and quarterly reporting.
- Coordinate calculation of carried interests, performance incentives, and fees.
- Supervise production analysts, review, and sign off on their work.
- Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Meet client expectations by ensuring timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
- Direct team members to manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables within agreed SLAs.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting for financial services sectors, particularly private equity.
- Experience in reviewing financial statements.
- User experience with enterprise accounting systems.
- Working knowledge of Investran is highly desirable.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, tables, formatting, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables, and pivot reporting.
- Independently handling client calls and monthly and weekly reviews.
- Supervisory skills with 4-5 years of experience in managing and leading staff.
- B.com or CA (Inter/Final) are desired educational qualifications for this role.
