Enterprise SaaS Solutions Leader

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise SaaS Solutions Leader to join our sales team at Trustample Technologies Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our enterprise sales strategy, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to develop data-driven sales strategies.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, preferably from a Tier-1 institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the SaaS or software industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing complex sales cycles, and closing large deals with enterprise-level clients.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is ₹15-22 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
