This role is with myGwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. We're looking for an experienced professional to join our Direct Sales team as an Enterprise Growth Strategist.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales expert who can drive business growth and develop strategies to onboard and grow high-value seller accounts on Amazon's marketplace. As an Enterprise Growth Strategist, you'll be responsible for identifying target Enterprise accounts, aligning stakeholders, and implementing growth strategies to deliver success for both sellers and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve the end-customer and Enterprise experience.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with Enterprises in your portfolio and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to contribute to the development of features and programs that accelerate Enterprise account growth and improve collaboration with Amazon.
A Day in the Life

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Category, Fulfillment, Finance, Product, and Advertising, to align account-level initiatives and collaborate with external stakeholders at the Enterprise level. Your expertise will help accurately forecast business for assigned accounts, drive Enterprise engagements, and influence Marketplace policies and products.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • The ability to meet revenue targets and quotas, with a preference for experience working in fast-paced, highly cross-functional organizations.
What We Offer
