About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our Direct Sales team. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in assigned markets by leading a team of seller acquisition specialists.

Your primary objective will be to own and execute strategies that drive sales growth, improve seller success rates, and enhance the overall customer experience. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing tailored plans to capitalize on them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of the Direct Sales team, overseeing the performance of 8-10 seller acquisition specialists and contributing to business growth in assigned markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive inputs quality and monitor input-output correlations, ensuring seamless seller onboarding and post-launch experiences.
  • Liaise with Category, Account Management, and Product teams to implement SX improvements, resulting in enhanced customer experiences.
  • Owning defect reduction in execution, particularly focusing on perfect onboarding and post-launch experiences.
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to build and review the sales pipeline, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales acquisition strategies, develop new interventions, and pilot innovative approaches to drive disruption and customer/seller experience enhancement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, with expertise in handling and analyzing data.
  • Ability to identify and replicate best sales practices, think strategically, and execute methodically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at making data-driven decisions, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Aptitude for working in a team environment, leveraging data analytics, and problem-solving skills to drive results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, able to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive actions. They should also demonstrate a proven track record of successfully thriving in ambiguous environments and changing market conditions.

Salary Information

This is a highly competitive role with a salary range of ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
