We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Manohar Filaments Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and lead sales efforts across our brands.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual sales targets, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop quarterly and monthly sales targets for each brand
  • Analyze sales data to track target vs. achievement and take corrective actions
  • Work closely with local sales teams to meet set targets and exceed expectations
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales improvements and product mix development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Textile, Textile Designing, Textile Technology, Clothing Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or Fashion Technology
  • 6-10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, home furnishing, trim, and packaging
  • Strong market knowledge, sales planning skills, and effective presentation skills
