About the Opportunity:

As a Regional Growth Strategist for India, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and revenue growth in this key market. Your primary objectives will be to develop and execute an area-level strategy, leveraging data and market knowledge to identify opportunities for sustainable performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of market strategy in India, focusing on delivering country commercial and profitability targets.
  • Develop and own relationships with key decision makers at hotels, technology partners, and other local or regional partners to enhance productivity and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with market leadership to establish strategic priorities, develop KPIs, and drive results-oriented teams that cater to strong team dynamics and collaboration.
  • Champion innovative ideas backed by business case, recommend changes, and request additional support for commercial improvements.
  • Attend and participate in relevant industry events to stay updated on market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or general management, preferably in e-commerce, online, or tech businesses.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and building high-performing teams that deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills to articulate direction, value proposition, and recommended solutions.
  • A curious mindset, adaptability, and creativity are essential for success in this role.
  • Fluency in English is required, and experience in travel-related or OTA environments is highly valued.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and innovative company like Agoda.
