We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to drive sales expansion and client acquisition for Bassline AV Technologies Pvt Ltd. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive database of potential customers in the market
  • Establish connections with key personnel at potential customers through targeted outreach and communication
  • Effectively convey the value proposition of Bassline AV Technologies Pvt Ltd from both business and technical perspectives
  • Coordinate meetings with directors to discuss potential opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to keep them engaged
  • Plan and execute events to engage prospects as needed
  • Verify purchase orders received from clients against negotiated quotations
  • Register POs in the system and allocate job numbers
  • Prepare sales orders against POs
  • Ensure seamless handover of projects to operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
