Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Lead to join our team in Delhi-NCR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including power and oil companies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare proposals for clients and negotiate terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful sales conversions and excellent communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Know-How: Familiarity with EV products or power products.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
