Business Development Lead

At Interview Kickstart, we're looking for a skilled Business Development Lead to join our team. As a seasoned professional in inside sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, customer communication, and relationship-building.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with 4+ years of experience in an inside sales position or managing sales for Technology products. Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce is a must. Your ideal day would be filled with communicating with customers, making outbound calls, understanding their needs, and closing sales through effective objection handling and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new leads and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales or managing sales for Technology products
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
