About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced business development executive to lead our international sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve international sales targets
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor RPO solutions to meet client needs
- Lead negotiations and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Provide market feedback and insights to enhance service offerings
- Oversee the entire sales cycle and manage pipeline effectively
- Represent the company at international industry events and conferences
- Drive revenue growth and achieve set KPIs
- Ensure adherence to international sales regulations and compliance standards
