About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced business development executive to lead our international sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve international sales targets
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor RPO solutions to meet client needs
  • Lead negotiations and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Provide market feedback and insights to enhance service offerings
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle and manage pipeline effectively
  • Represent the company at international industry events and conferences
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve set KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to international sales regulations and compliance standards
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

The estimated salary range for this role is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
