About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Analyst to join our Global Markets CAO - Business Management team based in Powai, partnering with the AEJ (Asia ex-Japan) GM Business Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in liaising with Senior Management in performance monitoring, business analysis, and formulating and executing strategic initiatives across AEJ GM and Global GM. The individual will be expected to independently lead business analysis, project implementation, and communication with senior stakeholders with minimum to no supervision from regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Business Analysis, Management Presentations: Independently drive strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders with data-backed actionable insights focusing on dimensions like revenue trends, financial resources management, expense & cost management, etc.
    • Prepare management presentations to summarize revenue, expenses, resource consumption, and other management reporting metrics
    • Prepare periodic business summaries covering financial metrics as well as business commentary for Senior Management
    • Prepare presentations for senior management board meetings, off-sites, town Halls
    • Cover cross-divisional and regional franchise initiatives like feedback surveys, designing and maintenance of sales and trading scorecards, and other strategic initiatives
    • Ensure timely and accurate responses to any ad-hoc business requests / business planning and reviews arising from Senior Management.
 
 • Stakeholder Management: Proactive in working with Regional teams
    • Crisp and concise communication with all stakeholders
    • Strong sense of ownership and dedication towards timely deliverables
 
 • Owning and Driving key business initiatives to achieve GM business objectives: Setup appropriate infra and support systems to monitor progress
    • Coordinate with various corporate functions to ensure seamless execution

Requirements and Qualifications
• MBA (Finance) preferred
 • 4 – 7 years of relevant experience
 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with large data sets
 • Strong presentation skills – ability to articulate concepts and form evidence-based arguments
 • Good project management skills - planning, coordination/ execution, stakeholder management
 • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels
 • Good knowledge of Markets products and asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Forex, Derivatives)
 • Ability to prioritize high volumes of deliverables across multiple disciplines working under pressure

We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹45,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
