About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Growth Team, you will be responsible for driving new school and channel partner acquisitions within your designated region.
Your primary focus will be on developing annual business plans in partnership with Zonal Heads and Central Strategy teams to deliver on business goals for your region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities as per the annual calendar.
You will also be the point person for Zonal Heads, ensuring that teams are aligned with respect to what and how of business priorities. This includes deployment of monthly priorities to field teams and ensuring execution on the ground through regular follow-ups and school visits.
You will have a deep understanding of our customers and will bring key insights to the table to devise zone-specific programs required to deliver on business objectives. You will also conduct competition analysis and update, keeping eyes and ears close to the ground and bringing any competitive insights to the attention of key stakeholders.
In addition, you will lead all zonal reviews, preparing, analyzing, and presenting data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop annual business plans in partnership with Zonal Heads & Central Strategy teams
- Work cross-functionally with Zonal Operations team & Central Strategy teams to drive business priorities
- Be the point person for Zonal heads to ensure teams are in sync with respect to business priorities

- BE/ MBA from Tier 1/2 institute
- 2-3 years relevant working experience in Customer Strategy & Planning, Channel Marketing in B2B industries
- Experience in relevant field sales or trade marketing
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry (education is desirable), local market & B2B business operations
- Strong influencing skills for both peers and stakeholders
- Analytical skills & ability to analyze multiple data points to take business decisions
- High on ownership, strong problem-solving ability and bias for action
The role is based in Delhi/NCR.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is ₹18-22 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
