Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Head at Nibodhah, you will be responsible for driving government business growth in the North Region. Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying sales leads, collaborating with the sales department, and articulating the value proposition of our technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business team to develop strategies for government business growth
• Identify and qualify sales leads from assigned territories and achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
• Maintain and nurture relationships with senior leaders at partner companies
• Map government departments and align our vision and mission with department objectives
• Lead communication and coordination with BU Heads, Functional, and company CXOs

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (EC, CE, IT), MCA + MBA
• Min 15 Years of exp working with Central/State Government and PSUs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in sales and target achievement
