Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the North region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base in the North region
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to meet sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Delhi region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Result-oriented and target-driven
  • Good understanding of the building materials industry
  • Familiarity with the North India market is a plus
