Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the building materials industry. As a key member of our team at Duroply Industries Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in the North region.

Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales objectives and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Delhi region, leveraging strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
