Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Integrated Personnel Services Limited.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in sales strategy development, team leadership, and performance monitoring to drive business growth in the Delhi/Gurgaon region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy and food sales, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. A Master's Degree is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor sales personnel to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor dynamics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
