Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong background in welding consumables. He/She will be responsible for driving sales growth across the assigned regions, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned regions to meet with customers and partners
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in conventional welding consumable sales
  • Strong team management skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 15 people
  • Excellent sales, marketing, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive travel required within the assigned regions
Preferred Qualifications
  • B.Tech./M.Tech./Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy or Welding Technology or Production Work Experience: 3-5 Years into R&D Preferred
  • Specialized qualification and experience in welding processes, consumables, and metallurgy
