Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction in the Delhi territory.
This role will focus on executing strategic sales plans, training sales teams, and maintaining efficient sales operations within the assigned area.
As a critical point of contact between our company and clients, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to our growth in the electric vehicle market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the designated territory, identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Team Training & Development: Train, mentor, and guide sales teams, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage sales activities, ensuring effective territory coverage and adherence to company sales policies and standards.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region, providing actionable insights for business development.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, sharing insights with management to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. (MBA is preferred)
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or electric vehicle sector
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales and sales management skills, with the ability to lead a team to meet and exceed targets
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Training Ability: Experience in training and developing sales teams, fostering a results-oriented environment
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market conditions and competitor activities, contributing to data-driven sales decisions
