We are a leading manufacturer of chemical raw materials, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 USD per year

Job Description

The Regional Sales Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans in the region by interfacing with distributors and direct customers to promote and support the sale of our products.

This role requires a strong understanding of the leather and textile coating markets, as well as experience in technical sales and business development.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, and will be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans in the region by interfacing with distributors and direct customers to promote and support the sale of our products.
  • Engage in business development activities by introducing new products and markets by closely liaising with the R&D department.
  • Gather information and analyze the market of responsibility and report to management.
  • Assuming full responsibility for the coordination and implementation of all sales activities for Anex products.
  • Handling acquisition of new customers and ensuring sound business relations with existing customer portfolio via providing technical support.
  • Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute strategies and tactics for growth and profitability.
  • Actively visit customers and seek new opportunities to promote products.
  • Participate in customer development activities.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by understanding and executing solutions to their needs.
  • Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with our procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Chemistry or Engineering Departments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical raw materials sales or production in leather and textile coating.
  • Experience in technical sales of raw materials to leather and textile coating markets.
  • Prior experience in polyurethane coating and finishing applications is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing.
  • Teamwork-oriented with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, cooperation, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of customer management experience.
  • No travel restrictions.
