As a Regional Business Development Manager at Waypham India, you will be responsible for leading and developing an effective team of sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
Your primary goal will be to ensure timely collection of market outstanding as per planned DSO and high-quality customer calls, number of calls, and coverage as per plan.
You will also be responsible for covering Key customers & Institutions by self and team as per plan, developing brands and business with key institutions & Kols, and adhering to joint fieldwork.
In this role, you will be expected to implement Sales team Reporting & Feedback, expand and develop new market opportunities, follow credit norms, and align with the HO team.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably as ASM / RSM in a pharma company preferably Ophthalmology.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹ 12-18 lakhs per annum, based on the job description, location, and industry standards.
