Regional Business Development Manager

We at Jio are currently hiring for Regional Business Development Manager in the Uttarakhand region. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience in the Telecom industry to lead our sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Key responsibilities include ensuring sales targets are met, optimizing cost and productivity, managing seamless operations and administration of Jio Centre, and adhering to statutory compliances and commercial controls. The ideal candidate should be able to obtain necessary permissions for project execution, foster strong relationships with channel partners to enhance productivity, develop action plans for customer retention and feedback, and manage, coach, and motivate team members.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills and competencies, including profit and loss management, project management, team management, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation. With these qualities, they will drive business growth and success in the region.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around ₹1,200,000 (INR), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
