Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 25-30 sites (existing installation base) as per allocated region. The primary objective of this role is to engage with Neurologists to increase scan requests to the existing installation base (neuro-imaging centers) of SyntheticMR, thereby achieving targeted cash flow for each site.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the diagnostics field, particularly within the neuro community. You will also require excellent negotiation and contract management skills, as well as the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with existing neuro-imaging centers and neurologists.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the healthcare industry is also essential. Experience in MRI technology and a strong network of neurologists would be advantageous.
About the Role- Create and implement site-specific business models to achieve revenue financial goals
- Increase scan requests from Neurologists to existing installation bases to achieve revenue targets for each site
- Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed
This is a results-oriented role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading company in the diagnostics field and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
