We're seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Development Lead to join our team in India. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead sales teams, drive revenue growth, and contribute to strategic business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary revenue growth for the Northern region of India, including Delhi NCR, Punjab, Lucknow, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve profitability.
  • Analyze product and service portfolios to optimize price points or product mix.
  • Track consumables sales and ensure clients meet or exceed volume commitments.
  • Define overall sales strategy for the region and handle business risks, third-party stockists, and compliance.
  • Resource development and deployment, including recruiting, training, mentoring, performance management, and reward recognition.
  • Coach first-time people managers on team management basics, quick decision-making, and effective partnering with marketing and service teams.
  • Client engagement through channel partners, using Voice of Customer tools to prioritize client interests.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive accounts, and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or an equivalent MBA with significant experience in the Healthcare Diagnostics landscape in the Indian market.
  • A minimum of 10 years' sales experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3 years leading a team.
  • Experience managing a business with a size of at least $6 million USD, with a track record of business growth.
  • Strong channel management expertise.
