Your Role

The Regional Sales Strategy Lead will report directly to the Channel Head and will be responsible for:

  • Sales Performance Management: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability across the region.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales managers to achieve their individual budget targets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful as a Regional Sales Strategy Lead at Tata AIA Life Insurance, you should have:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Excellent skills in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹50 lakhs per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.
