We are a US-based Direct Selling company listed among the 100 leading global companies in our industry. We're seeking a talented full-time Regional Development Director for India to join our growing organization.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead business development strategy and execution of the Indian market. The successful candidate will drive market progress, create a productive environment that expands distributor networks, and foster relationships with key leadership.

The ideal candidate should have experience in direct sales, management, strategic planning, and international markets. They should also be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a performance-driven personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies tailored to local needs.
  • Drive sales growth and expand distributor organizations.
  • Promote strong partnerships with distributors to support their growth.
  • Partner with leaders and high-performing distributors to organize meetings, presentations, and training.
  • Identify high-potential distributors, set objectives, and provide coaching and individual support.

Requirements:

  • A business-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in management positions in the Direct Selling industry.
  • International experience and a proven track record of achieving results through team encouragement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) and any additional language is an advantage.

Estimated Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
