Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our hospital sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.



Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain contact with existing and potential key opinion leaders (KOLs)/hospital customers to develop and execute sales programs/activities
  • Develop and expand relationships with decision-makers within top hospitals to drive sales growth
  • Conduct 'nurses training' programs in hospitals to increase awareness of our products and gain market share
  • Establish and expand positive relationships with key stakeholders in top KOLs, hospitals, and stockists
  • Prospect for new hospital customers within a given geographical territory
  • Work closely with other ADC Sales Executives and Managers to develop existing and potential hospital customers
  • Monitor customer orders related to the hospital sales channel
  • Monitor and resolve issues with distribution/delivery of products
  • Support customers through ongoing sales service & availability of products
  • Provide inputs for forecasting, sales analysis, inventory control, and promotions
  • Promote new products and company programs
  • Prepare and process necessary administrative paperwork
  • Continued efforts to improve product knowledge and selling capabilities
  • Adhere to all company sales policies and procedures
